NDB’s annual Wellness Day, which took place on March 11, offered students a refreshing break from their usual routines, filling the campus with opportunities to relax. The spa room provided a calm space for face and eye masks, while temporary tattoo stations sparked creativity and fun. Students enjoyed time with visiting dogs, played lawn games and jump rope in the gardens, and participated in a silent disco outdoors. Indoors, the library became a hub for coloring and artistic expression, the Soda Fountain buzzed with laughter over board games and the gym offered a serene sound bath experience. From active community-bonding events to reflection-oriented activities, the day encouraged students to slow down, recharge and enjoy moments of connection and self-care.
