I tried Chloe Ting’s 2-Week Shred so you did not have to….
Chloe Ting has recently gained quite a lot of popularity for her home workout videos. The videos that take place on YouTube have captured the attention of millions of girls worldwide over social media platforms, such as TikTok. One of the most popular Chloe Ting workout plans is the “Two Week Shred.” I, being curious about the results, decided to try it as I wanted to tone my stomach for summer (if summer vacation even happens). I did it so you did not have to, and here’s how it went.
The first day was hard, I am not going to lie. There were two videos to do: one cardio and one ab workout. I was not expecting a workout as intense as it was, but after, I felt good.
Every day, I had also promised to take a shot of apple cider vinegar because it is supposed to help with bloating and weight loss. The first shot was absolutely terrible.
The second day, another video was added making the total three. This day, I had started to get more used to it, so it was not as hard as day one. However, the shot was disgusting once again.
By day three, the workouts were getting a lot easier, and I could start noticing a difference in my body. I could tell that my abs were getting more defined and toned as I wanted.
Fast forward to day 9, and I had started to enjoy working out and doing her videos. I could definitely tell a difference in my stomach area and legs as part of the shred included lower body workouts. Even the apple cider vinegar shots were getting a lot easier to stomach and did not make my throat burn as much.
After the two weeks of Chloe Ting, it was pretty clear that there were good results. I had noticed a significant change in how my stomach looked as it had transformed into a more toned and cut version. My legs also looked more defined and muscular, allowing me to be happy with my results.
I highly recommend this workout, not only because of the results, but because of the other effects it had on me mentally. I noticed that I had felt less anxious and more productive throughout the two weeks. It helped improve my mental state and allowed me to be more energized and in a better mood throughout the sadness of quarantine while also giving me something to do while at home.
By seeing these workout trends on TikTok and other social media platforms, it encourages girls to stay motivated during this time. Working out can not only boost your immune system but also allows for a more happy, free version of yourself. However, you should not do the workouts because you feel like you need to fit into a certain social norm, everyone is different, embrace that!
