On Thursday, January 13, ASB announced through a video that Aquacades will have a TV show theme this year. Aquacades, one of the NDB community’s favorite traditions, is an annual spirit rally involving artwork, dancing and swim routines. Due to COVID-19, this will be the first in-person Aquacades in three years, so students are especially excited about the event.

Each class will choose a “channel,” or a genre of shows to base their performances on. The options are sitcom, reality TV, tween shows, cartoon and drama. The senior class will vote first and will receive their top choice.

After each class has a category, students will be able to sign up for routines and begin preparing for the rally, which will take place on April 8.
