“Spider-Man: No Way Home” is the most recent Spider-Man movie and remains a favorite among MCU fans.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” has been the talk ever since the trailer was released. Most can agree that it was an amazing addition to the other movies, but which are really the best Spider-Man movies?

The movies “Spider-Man”, “Spider-Man 2”, and “Spider-Man 3” were all played by the actor Tobey Maguire. The Maguire trilogy had its ups and downs, and in the end, the actor just didn’t fit the role of the character. He seemed more mature and less lively while viewers were looking at Spider-Man as a funny, energetic kid.

Andrew Garfield was Spider-Man in “The Amazing Spider-Man” and “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”. Both were great movies that included the comedic character we all know and love. While this Spider-Man movie had its flaws, the most prominent and upsetting one was killing off beloved character, Gwen. In many eyes, she was a character who made the movie, and when she died a little of the movie did as well.

The next movie, “Spider-Man: Homecoming” was the first Spider-Man movie to have the character not have anything to do with journalism. There was no real connection to the traditional idea that Spider-Man is a journalist who works with John Jonah Jameson. While the movie was a wonderful start to a new trilogy, it felt boring compared to the movies made in the following years.

In 2019 “Spider-Man: Far from Home” was released. It was the first movie showing Peter after the death of Tony Stark. Peter Parker ventured on a mission by himself, and the audience learned a lot more about him and saw a lot more humility than before. The most exciting part was when the movie hinted at a chance of a multiverse for the next movie. While the movie was executed well, there remained two movies that were better.

“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” was the first Spider-Man movie ever animated and therefore made it very unique. The animation and color really made the movie. The movie introduces the new Spider-Man of that universe, Miles. The best part was showing the different versions of Spider-Man and seeing how similar they were to each other.

The overall best movie so far is “Spider-Man: No Way Home”. It gained popularity the second the director announced that the previous Spider-Men would be making an appearance in the movie. Having all three Spider-Men together acting like brothers was the best idea the directors could have had. The film follows Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland, in his battle with the repercussions of his true identity being revealed. He turns to Doctor Strange for help and throughout the movie, the audience sees Spider-Man grow and find his true identity.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” hinted that in the upcoming movie Venom is planned to make an appearance, and Marvel fans are excited to see what will happen next.
