NDB’s Varsity basketball 2024-2025 basketball season has done exceptionally well. They made it to the Norcal Regional State Championship Tournament and performed great at most of their games throughout the season. They fought hard against Lowell but didn’t take the game. They finished 37-47 and wrapped up their season on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Varsity player Lizzie Johnson states that this season went super well and she’s happy with the outcomes, “This season was excellent and I am super happy with how it turned out. We made it to the Norcal Regional State Championship Tournament and we worked well together, but sadly couldn’t make it further.” She adds how this season they were able to work better together, “I think this season we had a good group and we just found a way to connect more and work together. We learned how to communicate with each other and it helped in the outcome of the game.”

Wonderful job varsity basketball players, this is the first time they have been to Norcals since 2018, and are in it to win it. With not many seniors on the team, only Sophia DeHaff and Jane Hipps, we are excited to see what’s in store for next season.
