Opened on May 29, 2024, Restoration Hardware (RH) at The Gallery in Palo Alto offers a refined menu and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant features a luxurious rooftop garden space, serving dishes priced from $10-$95.
Beyond its stunning design, RH’s menu features a variety of must-have dishes. The Swedish pancakes were a standout, offering a sweet, light texture that made them a nice contrast to traditional pancakes. Their lobster roll was another great pick, served in a buttery, toasted bun with flavorful lobster. The American breakfast is another delectable option, delivering a tasty mix of eggs, toast and sausage or bacon. Their drink selection is also impressive, with the matcha and chai latte being two highlights.
“I really enjoyed the Belgian waffles because they were so well presented. The balance of flavors and plating made the dish even more enjoyable,” stated Lydian Academy junior Grace Powers.
With this being such a sought-after restaurant, reservations can be challenging, so booking a few weeks in advance is highly recommended.
“A lot of restaurants either have a great atmosphere but mediocre food, or great food, but a crowded, loud space. I think RH does a great job of balancing both, having a beautifully designed restaurant with amazing food and service,” said NDB junior Lily Logan.
