Director of Student Life and Leadership Alisia Bergholm is someone everyone on the NDB campus has grown to know and love. Bergholm’s dedication and passion for enhancing the high school experience of every student are palpable and she tirelessly commits herself to making their time at NDB as enriching and enjoyable as possible. Bergholm’s daily routine often begins with morning meetings where she collaborates with fellow staff members to plan and strategize upcoming events and initiatives. These leadership teams include ASB, Link Crew, all clubs and any other student-run organizations.
Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that everything runs smoothly, making NDB a well-oiled machine when it comes to student life activities. She eat, sleeps and breathes NDB, being at school on the weekends, after hours and even over the summer to prepare for the unlimited amount of fun activities the school has to offer.
Big school events, like Link-O-Ween, the Dingbat Day Rally and, especially, Aquacades take weeks, if not months of planning on her part. The first two have taken up most of her time most recently, working closely with student leaders on various boards to make it all happen.
