“The college application process has sparked many emotions: stress, anxiety, nervousness, and excitement. People have told me the hard part is applying to college, but for me, the hardest part is waiting. I have applied to eleven schools and am currently waiting for responses. Of course, I have my dream schools, but despite where I end up, I know that everything happens for a reason. I am grateful for the fact that I am able to attend a university and continue my education for the next four years.”

Around this time of year, seniors are going through the college process. The Catalyst members are asking seniors of Notre Dame how the college process has been like and if they are excited to leave home next year. In this interview NDB senior, Kelsey Takaha, reflects on the college application process and leaving home next year.
